I started Seacoast Therapy Associates after years of working in settings that often prioritized numbers over people. I wanted to create a space where therapists could care for themselves as well as their clients — where balance, flexibility, and connection come first. When clinicians are supported, they can focus fully on providing evidence-based care that truly works. Our goal at Seacoast Therapy is to help clients build real skills and insights they can carry for life — learning to support their own mental health long after therapy ends.
